At Trophiesinc.com, we hope that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Nonetheless, we are happy to process a return if needed. Please follow the instructions below to return merchandise:

1.) Find the packing slip inside your trophiesinc.com order. If you have misplaced this, you may simply print out the order confirmation that was e-mailed to you.

2.) Package the items you wish to return along with your packing slip and mail it to:

3.) You may use any shipping provider you prefer. However, we recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking for your return shipment as LiveMechanics.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mis-delivered returns. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of any return shipment.

4.) When your package is delivered to our returns department, please allow one to two weeks for processing. We will notify you through e-mail once your return has been processed.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be returned within 30 days, with all tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return and will not be refunded. Shipping fees are not refundable. Some personal items, such as underwear, cannot be returned, and will be clearly labeled on the website as non-returnable.

Exchanges
LiveMechanics.com does not process any exchanges. All purchases returned to us will be processed as returns and refunded. If you wish to receive a difference size, we recommend that you send your item back for a refund and make a new order for the correct size.
